We are living during exciting times. As the law becomes more humane, and more patients grow their medicine in peace, protected rather than harassed by police, we are grateful for the opportunity to watch our collective dream become reality.

As you may know, in 2011 WA legislators have passed a new amendment to medical marijuana bill. Senate Bill 5073 changed some practices in medical marijuana community, bringing new requirements for healthcare practitioners, designated providers and patients, but also granting new rights and liberties, legalizing collective gardens. Know your law. Use it to protect your rights.

Initiative 502 from New Approach Washington "BETRAYS Medical Marijuana!" Patients, DEFEAT I-502! Vote NO!!!

There is yet another new bill out in circulation, possibly soon to be up for our vote, Initiative 502. It threatens to cancel the recent legal amendments, brought on by ESSB 5073, and drastically turn the medical marijuana law against those it purports to protect.
